Mogul America Nonwovens code of conduct
This code sets out the standards we hold ourselves to and expect of anyone who works for, represents or supplies us.
Fair competition
We compete on specification, price and delivery. We follow the antitrust and competition laws of the markets we sell into, and we do not fix prices, allocate customers or markets, or trade sensitive information with competitors.
We describe our materials accurately, quote what we will actually produce, and do not disparage other manufacturers to win an order.
Anti-bribery and conflicts of interest
We do not offer, give, request or accept bribes, kickbacks or improper payments, directly or through an intermediary, to win business or influence an official decision.
- No payment or benefit is offered to secure an order, a permit or a customs outcome
- Gifts and hospitality stay modest, occasional and open to disclosure
- Anyone acting for us discloses outside interests that conflict with their duty to the company
- Records of what we buy, sell and pay are accurate and complete
Confidentiality and privacy
Customers send us drawings, specifications, volumes and end-use detail so that we can quote. We treat that information as confidential, use it only to quote and produce the order, and share it with no one beyond a supplier who needs it for the work.
Personal data collected through this site is handled as described in our privacy policy and our GDPR compliance statement.
Responsible use of technology
Company accounts, devices and data are used for company business. We keep systems patched and access controlled, we do not install or share software in breach of its license, and we never use company technology to harass, deceive or gain unauthorized access to another party's systems.
Respect and human rights
We deal with everyone, in every country we buy from and sell to, without discrimination or harassment. We do not tolerate forced labor, human trafficking or child labor in our business or in the work we place with others.
Environmental responsibility
Legal compliance is the floor, not the goal. Making to order rather than to stock is the largest environmental decision in this business: fabric is produced against a confirmed order, in the quantity ordered, so unsold material never enters the cycle.
We consolidate shipments into full containers, use recycled and recyclable polymer where the specification allows, and cut waste and energy use in the work we control.
What we expect of suppliers
The standards above travel with the order. Anyone producing or shipping on our behalf is expected to meet them.
- Comply with the labor, safety, environmental and anti-corruption laws that apply to them
- Provide safe working conditions, lawful wages and hours, and no forced, trafficked or child labor
- Keep customer specifications and commercial terms confidential
- Answer honestly when we ask about materials, processes or subcontracting
Raising a concern
If you believe this code has been broken, tell us at [email protected] or 1-672-999-8314. We will look into what you report, and we will not retaliate against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
