About Mogul America Nonwovens
Mogul America Nonwovens manufactures nonwoven roll goods and industrial sorbents to order. We sell by the 40-foot container, delivered to buyers in the United States and Canada.
What we manufacture
We produce six families of nonwoven fabric, plus a full line of industrial sorbents for spill control. Nothing is pulled from stock: every order is run to the specification the customer sends us.
- Spunlace, hydroentangled for wipes, medical and industrial end uses
- Spunbond in PP and PET
- Meltblown in PP, PBT and TPU, with SM and SMS composites
- Bicomponent PET/CoPET spunbond
- PET/PA6 splittable microfilament fabrics
- Coated, treated and laminated fabrics and films
- Sorbents: universal, oil-only and hazmat pads and rolls, socks, pillows, drum-top covers, marine booms and spill kits
How we work
Every roll is made to order. You give us the product, GSM, width, polymer or fiber, color, treatment and quantity, and we produce that fabric. Because we manufacture rather than distribute, your specification is where the conversation starts.
We quote delivered. The price covers import and delivery to your dock in the United States or Canada, with no duty for you to handle. The minimum order is one 40-foot container, roughly 10,000 kg of roll goods or 1,500 cases of sorbents. Buyers who need less than a container are better served by a stocking distributor, and we would rather say so at the start than waste your time.
Who we work with
Our customers convert or build with nonwoven fabric: manufacturers, converters and OEMs in filtration, medical and hygiene, wipes, automotive, apparel and workwear, agriculture, building materials, and printing and packaging. Procurement managers comparing suppliers are the other half of that audience.
On the sorbent side we work with distributors and safety and MRO resellers who buy pads, rolls, socks, booms and spill kits by the pallet and the container.
How to work with us
The path from inquiry to delivery is short and the same for every customer.
