Universal absorbent pads and rolls

Universal sorbents are the general-purpose grade: low-linting, bonded and perforated pads and rolls that take oil, water, coolants and more. Where a plant does not know in advance which liquid will be on the floor, this is the grade that covers the most ground.

They suit machinery, leaky pipes, traffic areas and general maintenance. The range runs from cost-effective basics through to durable, low-linting products built for high wear resistance, so a walkway that sees forklift traffic and a bench that sees drips can be specified differently without changing grade.

Grey absorbents handle water-based, petroleum-based and non-aggressive chemical fluids. The colour is practical rather than cosmetic: grey camouflages oil and grease, so a pad left in place through a shift does not look like a spill in its own right.

Formats follow the same pattern as the rest of the range. The standard pad is 15 by 17 inches in light, medium and heavy weights at 100 per case, with an economy weight packed 200 per case and a 30 by 30 inch wide pad for larger footprints. Rolls run 150 feet, in full 30-inch width or split to 15 inches.

Rolls are ultrasonically bonded, which provides the tensile strength that wiping and MRO applications need. Perforation allows the operator to take exactly the length required, giving cost control and zero waste rather than cutting into a full roll.

Universal drum top covers come pre-cut with hole cut-outs for a precise fit on a 55 gallon drum, and take oil, water, coolants, fuel and more. Standard items follow; weight, width, roll length, colour and case packing are all made to your specification for a container order.
